One must ensure that they thoroughly read and fully understand these terms and conditions before booking any treatment or availing on other services through this website.
Appointments shall be taken well in advance and shall be considered confirmed by the clinic basis the availability of the doctors and the staff.
Please arrive for the appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. We will endeavour to ensure that the appointment runs on time. However, if we need to cancel or postpone any appointment at a short notice, due to unavoidable circumstances, we will make every effort to contact the person in advance.

We will need to know that the person wishes to cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule before 24 hours, will result in the loss of all discounted offers and deposit/advance shall be forfeited by Sri Skin & Cosmetology Centre.
When the Course or Treatment Plan is booked, it is done on the understanding that the client will complete the duration of the treatment plan. Sri Skin & Cosmetology Centre will not be held responsible for patients changing their minds and will not offer any type of refund on these plans, unless with exceptional circumstances where the person is unavailable due to health reasons.
At Sri Skin & Cosmetology Centre, we will always assess whether treatment is suitable for the person, or likely to be successful, before any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform and explain the reason sto the concerned person. In such case, one will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, and not the procedure.
Sri Skin & Cosmetology Centre will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any services to the patients.
It is a person’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides Sri Skin & Cosmetology Centre with all relevant medical details before each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the person's failure to disclose such details.
The patient agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Sri Skin & Cosmetology Centre regarding the care of the treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Sri Skin & Cosmetology Centre's liability for any personal injury resulting from the patient's negligence.
Sri Skin & Cosmetology Centre endeavours to treat all its patients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, one has any complaints with the services or treatments availed by them at Sri Skin & Cosmetology Centre, they can write to us at info@sriskinclinic.com.
